If you have a faulty item that you wish to exchange for a working version then we can offer a service exchange item. This is often a much quicker and cost effective solution than waiting for an item to be repaired.

How the process works

The process is very simple, you send us your faulty item and once it passes our inspection then we will replace it with a refurbished item.

If you have an emergency breakdown we can dispatch the item to you before you send your faulty item back but in these circumstances we would require payment for the full amount of the 'refurbished price'.

Once we have received your payment we will dispatch the item to you. When we receive your faulty item and it passes our inspection then we will refund the difference to you using the same method used for payment. If the returned item proves to be un-repairable then we reserve the right to charge the manufacturer’s replacement price.

Testing & warranty

All our service exchange stock is tested prior to dispatch and covered by our warranty. The items will be packaged in either plain packaging or in some cases items may be in their original packing. Some items may not come with accessories or manual(s) normally supplied when buying new. Most items will have been used previously and some discolouration or marking may have occurred.

If you are unable to find the item on our web site we can still help. Our procurement division can source any item you may require, including new, refurbished and obsolete spares. With access to hundreds of manufacturers, thousands of distributors and millions of parts across the globe, we can supply any part to any country at anytime.
